* if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate act regarding the use of this service, we will be able to cancel, cancel, and take other appropriate measures.

2. Payment method: if you purchase a product by this service, you will pay the price of the goods (including the consumption tax), the carriage, the payment fee and other expenses specified by our company. As for payment of goods, it is limited to the payment method by the credit card settlement etc.of the customer name. In the case of credit card payment, the credit card company shall follow the terms and conditions specified by the credit card company, and if any dispute occurs between the customer and these third parties regarding these payments, the parties shall be resolved between the parties, and the company shall not be liable for any of the parties.

3. Ownership and risk of the goods purchased by the ownership and risk book service shall be transferred from us to the customer at the time of payment of the relevant goods.

4. In addition, if we discover an act of infringement of intellectual property right or any other rights such as the use, duplication, and secondary use of the content without obtaining the explicit license of our company, we may take legal action of an injunction request, damages claim, criminal complaint, etc.and other necessary measures to the customer.
